Panelite

Panelite is a revolutionary breakthrough in the world of composite panel substrates offering you greater density, dimensional stability, durability, extremely high resistance to moisture and water.

Panelite can be laminated using quality adhesives such as PUR (polyurethane reactive) with allow wide array of decorative surface finishes to be laminated such as high-pressure laminates coated, acrylic, olefin film and many more.

What are the applications?

Semi-Exterior: In numerous joinery applications in semi exterior areas such as outdoor areas from Alfresco Kitchens, Vanities, Paneling & Decorative screens and many more applications. With semi-interior application it can be painted or laminated with array of products.

Full-Exterior: If Panelite is to be used in a full exterior environment, it is recommended that Panelite is treated with a recommended UV stable surface coating / exterior paint.

Panelite has been designed to handle high humidity and
frequently wet environments, it is not recommended
that Panelite panels remain fully submerged in water.
Any submersion of Panelite panels should be limited to a
maximum continual time span of 12 hours, with adequate
time allowed for the panel to dry before any subsequent
submersion.

Using Panelite:

Panelite may be cut, machined and edged using similar tools and techniques as for other timber-based panels to deliver clean cut edges and profiled faces. Panelite is delivered with a 120-grit sanded finish as standard. It may be sanded to achieve smoother or deeper textured surfaces as desired, using suitable sanding grit papers.

What warranty is offered on your Panelite range?

When installed in a residential application our Superclean range comes with a X year warranty on all purchases. When used in a commercial application this warranty is 1 year. Click here for more information.

How do I care for my Panelite doors & panels?

Superclean products are best kept clean using a mild household cleaner and a soft cloth. Do not use household cleaners containing Abrasives, Ammonia, Acetone or solvent based.

What is the maximum size available in Panelite?

What is the difference between your board and, cut and edge offer?

Board is supplied in a sheet form for the cabinet maker to cut into doors, Cut & Edge offer is where Tesrol cut to size, and edge the doors, as per customers requirements.
